When they approached us, the platform already supported bookings and basic fleet listings. But real-world usage exposed gaps between bookings, vehicle availability, and handover operations.
We focused on making vehicle availability and trip flow fully reliable in real time. The goal was to remove the mismatch between what users saw and what was actually available.
